Are you detail-oriented and passionate about animal welfare? Join our team as a Statewide Resource List Manager and help connect communities to life-saving resources for animals in crisis.

We're looking for a committed volunteer to help us maintain and update two critical directories:

  • Where to Report Cruelty in Your State
  • Safe Havens for Pets of Domestic Violence Survivors

These lists ensure that people across the state know where to turn when animals are at risk - whether they need to report abuse or find a safe place for a pet during a crisis.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, verify, and update resource listings on a regular schedule

  • Research new agencies or programs that should be added

  • Follow up with organizations to confirm contact info and services offered

  • Use shared Google Sheets and tracking documents

  • Collaborate with our volunteer team and report progress monthly

Qualifications:

  • Organized and proactive

  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets (Google Sheets)

  • Able to communicate clearly and respectfully with external contacts

  • Passionate about helping animals and supporting people in crisis

  • Willing to dedicate 3-5 hours/month (flexible schedule)

Perks:

  • Flexible, fully remote volunteer role

  • Training and onboarding provided

  • Make a meaningful impact for animals and people in your state
