Join BMORE Beautiful in collaboration with Filbert Street Garden and Shelley’s House for our summer community trash pickups to help keep the Curtis Bay neighborhood clean and green! These events provide a wonderful opportunity to get some fresh air, meet neighbors, and make a positive impact on the environment. What to Expect:

  • Gloves, trash bags, and grabbers will be provided
  • Volunteers will collect litter around the garden and nearby streets
  • Free water and a chance to win a gift card for those who volunteer
Who Can Join: Everyone is welcome! Bring your friends, family, and neighbors. When & Where:

  • August 22nd 6-8 PM

Mission Statement

BMORE Beautiful is a grassroots peer-to-peer beautification program. The goal of the program is to not only change behaviors and attitudes towards the beautification of the City, but to also encourage residents, businesses, and organizations to become directly involved in activities and projects that will keep their neighborhoods clean.

Description

We work closely with neighborhoods on their unique beautification projects and cleanliness challenges, as well as provide educational literature, outreach materials, and other resources that residents can use to Keep BMORE Beautiful. There are six elements essential to our approach: community organizing, seasonal community champions summits, community improvement projects, troubleshooting, communication, and education.
