Producer / Project Manager
Type: Remote | 10-15 hrs/week
Reports to: Studio Director
What You’ll Do:
Create project schedules, sprint plans, and meeting rhythms
Track deliverables across creative, education, and tech teams
Help prepare grant/funder updates and internal reports
Support milestone celebrations and team morale
We’re Looking For:
2+ years experience in creative production or nonprofit PM
Great with deadlines, documentation, and remote collaboration
Passion for social impact and student-centered work
Bonus: Familiarity with Trello, Notion, or Airtable

Mentor A Promise is a non-profit organization, and our mission is to provide socio-emotional learning, academic support, and mentorship to students in temporary housing and facing housing instability.
Description
We partner with family temporary housing sites across New York, educational institutions, and community organizations to create a strong support network for young people experiencing homelessness, helping them overcome challenges and forge their own path to success. We connect students with our mentors for in-person and online programs.
