Game Developer / Unity or Construct Engineer
Type: Remote | Flexible
Reports to: Tech Director or Game Designer
What You’ll Do:
Build and deploy our games in Unity, Construct, or similar engines
Integrate narrative, art, and sound assets
Optimize for tablet/mobile play in shelters or Title I schools
Work iteratively with team to test, revise, and publish prototypes
We’re Looking For:
Experience building educational or narrative games
Comfortable with Unity, Construct, Godot, or similar platforms
Collaborative, clear communicator
Bonus: Experience working with nonprofit teams

Mentor A Promise is a non-profit organization, and our mission is to provide socio-emotional learning, academic support, and mentorship to students in temporary housing and facing housing instability.
Description
We partner with family temporary housing sites across New York, educational institutions, and community organizations to create a strong support network for young people experiencing homelessness, helping them overcome challenges and forge their own path to success. We connect students with our mentors for in-person and online programs.
