By providing care in the the comfort of where our patients call home, we create a serene environment where caregivers are comforted knowing their family member is in a familiar environment. Description

Three Oaks Hospice serves the following counties: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, Mercer, Washington, and Westmoreland.

Three Oaks Hospice core goals resolve around providing comprehensive, compassionate, and patient-centered care, focusing on comfort, dignity, and quality of life for individuals with life-limiting illnesses and their families. They achieve this through a team of skilled professionals and trained volunteers, offering a wide range of services including pain management, nursing care, counseling and bereavement support.
