About Girls Rugby

Location:

441 Sumner St, Longmont, CO 80501, US

Mission Statement

At Girls Rugby, our mission is to empower girls to reach their full potential through sport by creating positive, inclusive, and character-building experiences on and off the field.

Description

We use non-contact, flag rugby as a vehicle to teach leadership, teamwork, confidence, and resilience to girls in grades 2-8. Our programs are designed to create a safe, supportive environment where girls of all backgrounds can be physically active, build meaningful relationships, and grow into strong, empowered individuals.

Through intentional curriculum, committed coaching, and community engagement, we strive to redefine the youth sports experience-one that values personal growth just as much as performance, and where every girl is encouraged to lead, learn, and believe in herself.
