We work to build inclusive, accessible communities by providing tools, resources, and opportunities that promote independence for people with disabilities and seniors.

Description

ConnectAbility of MN is a nonprofit that provides services across the state of Minnesota since 1954. We work with county case managers to provide coordinated services for people with physical and invisible different abilities that are supported by the waiver program. We also offer Community Engagement education, programs, volunteer opportunities, Assistive Technology/Mobility Lab, Donated Equipment, Various programs for the public.
