Non-medical companionship time with end of life patients wherever they call home. We do not have a standing facility where the patients reside. We travel to them where they live. Some may be active and lively, while others may spend the visit napping. But just being present is sometimes all that person needs at such a crucial time in their life Journey.

Description
Our team provides end of life care wherever the person lives, whether it be at a nursing home, assisted living, at a family member's home, or their own home. Our volunteers provide non medical companionship that many of our clients crave. We also provide respite visits so that families can get much needed rest and self care time amidst the exhaustion of caretaking for family members

- When a patient/volunteer match is made, we ask that a commitment is made as to how many visits per month you can do, and that that commitment is kept. A TB blood test is required by Compassus.
