Are you looking for a meaningful way to support veterans and their families? Join our team as a First Impression Greeter at the 1U Patient Waiting Area in the Minneapolis VA Medical Center!
What You'll Do:
- Welcome and assist veterans in need of assistance in the area.
- Provide updates and guidance on hospital procedures
- Ensure waiting area remains comfortable and organized
- Communicate with staff to support patient and family needs
- Offer reassurance and answer questions for visitors

Time Commitment:
- Shifts vary between the hours of 7:30am-4pm, Monday through Friday

Minneapolis VA Health Care System is a teaching hospital providing a full range of patient care services with state-of-the-art technology, as well as education and research. Comprehensive health care is provided through primary care, tertiary care and long-term care in areas of medicine, surgery, psychiatry, physical medicine and rehabilitation, neurology, oncology, dentistry, geriatrics and extended care. The Minneapolis VA Health Care System provides for the health care needs of Veterans in Minnesota and western Wisconsin.
