Mission Statement

Our mission is to create and sustain transformative spaces where artists can live, work, and collaborate by activating vacant properties and repurposing them for artistic use. We are committed to securing donations of property and funds to develop permanent affordable spaces that foster artistic growth and community engagement. Through strategic partnerships with property owners and other organizations, we aim to ensure the sustainability of creative endeavors, while facilitating flexible leasing options that empower artists to thrive. At the core of our work is the belief that the activation of vacant spaces not only revitalizes neighborhoods but unlocks a future of limitless possibilities, where creativity flourishes, communities thrive, and new opportunities emerge for all.

Description

Spaces of Possibility is a dynamic non-profit organization dedicated to transforming vacant and underutilized spaces into vibrant hubs of creativity, culture, and community. By securing donations of both cash and property, we aim to provide affordable, permanent work and live/work spaces for artists across all genres. Our organization believes in the power of activating vacant spaces-not just to combat blight, but to foster new possibilities for artistic expression, innovation, and economic revitalization. When vacant spaces are activated with people, the possibilities are endless.
