Do you enjoy keeping things organized, supporting others, and being the glue that holds a team together? Dulce Vida Animal Rescue is seeking dedicated Team Support Coordinators to help streamline our operations and support our volunteer teams.
About Us:
Dulce Vida Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization saving the lives of abandoned and abused dogs and cats across California and Mexico. Through rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming, we give animals a second chance. Our work is made possible by a passionate team-and powerful storytelling.
Role Summary:
As a Team Support Coordinator, you will play an essential behind-the-scenes role by keeping projects and communication flowing across the organization. You will be responsible for:
Tracking active projects and tasks across different teams
Providing weekly updates on progress and flagging delays
Ensuring team members have what they need to stay on track
Helping facilitate communication between volunteers and leadership
Supporting internal organization and documentation
What We're Looking For:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented and proactive
Friendly and supportive team player
Comfortable using tools like Slack and Google Workspace
