Be the Bridge Between Our Programs and the People We Serve
Drive and Thrive exists to help individuals and families regain independence by removing transportation barriers-through vehicle repairs, gas cards, and free car clinics. As our programs continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable, compassionate, and organized volunteer to help facilitate the support we provide.
This is a hybrid role with some remote flexibility and occasional in-person needs (mainly around training, brainstorm sessions, etc). We’ll provide full training, helpful scripts, and ongoing support-you bring your heart and your willingness to serve.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Communicating with program participants by phone and email (using scripts and templates we provide)
Helping schedule and coordinate repair drop-offs and pickups
Ensuring participants complete any necessary paperwork or surveys
Following up with clients after services are completed
Keeping records organized and updated
Reporting updates to the Drive and Thrive team
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, compassionate communicator
Organized and responsive
Comfortable using phone, email, and basic computer tools
Committed to Drive and Thrive’s mission
Why It Matters:
This role directly supports the people we serve and ensures their experience with Drive and Thrive is smooth, respectful, and dignified. You’ll be the caring connection that helps them navigate a challenging season with confidence.

We offer programs such as free car clinics, vehicle repairs, and fuel assistance to individuals and families facing hardship-many of whom are single parents, survivors of abuse, or people trying to regain stability after crisis. Our goal is to provide reliable transportation so that people can access work, school, and safety. We’ve helped dozens of families get back on the road and back on their feet. With continued volunteer and community support, we’re expanding our reach and impact every day.
