At Betterment, we believe that everyone deserves the chance to not only survive but thrive. As an Intake & Resource Navigation Volunteer, you’ll be the first friendly face our guests meet at our community center at 222 Division Ave S. You'll help connect people to critical immediate needs and help them achieve their goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome and guide individuals as they enter the CIC

  • Conduct intake conversations to assess needs and passions

  • Help connect guests to Betterment programs (employment, entrepreneurship, creative skills)

  • Collaborate with team members to match clients with mentors or resources
