Identify grants, government loans, and foundation funding across the U.S. and globally
Write powerful proposals and LOIs that get funded
Build a sustainable funding engine to power freedom
Move fast, think big, and help lead a mission of global impact
This is a founding role - with no compensation at the start - except the extreme satisfaction of knowing you are helping to change history.

Cuban International Foundation (CIF) is a nonprofit movement dedicated to ending the dictatorship in Cuba and supporting the nation’s transition to freedom, dignity, and democracy. We work through peaceful resistance, civic empowerment, international advocacy, and strategic coordination - inside and outside the island.
CIF is led by Cubans in exile and supported by people from all over the world who understand that Cuba’s fight is not only about one country, but about the universal right to live free.
For over 60 years, Cubans have lived under modern slavery - with no rights, no voice, and no way out. We believe it’s time to end that chapter of history.
We welcome volunteers from every background and skill level. Whether you’re an artist, student, organizer, tech worker, or simply someone who refuses to stay silent - there is a role for you in this mission.
