ORGANIZATION: St. Charles Hospital

Patient Experience Ambassadors will be responsible for implementing Catholic Health’s Patient Experience behaviors to ensure that patients and families receive excellent and compassionate care during their stay at St. Charles Hospital. They will work collectively with clinical and nonclinical teams to create a comfortable healing environment for patients and their significant others. The Patient Experience Ambassadors will round on patients to provide personal connections and companionship to patients and respond to patient/family questions and concerns.
