We serve 18 parishes in South Louisiana and have almost 13,000 girls who have gone through our program since 2009. We host 2 seasons a year: Fall (Sept.-Nov.) and Spring (Feb.-May) and teams meet twice a week for 75-90 minutes for 10 weeks. We provide all of the training and materials and no running or coaching experience is required.
