Are you organized, people-oriented, and passionate about making a difference behind the scenes? Catholic Charities Atlanta is looking for a Volunteer Resources Assistant to help strengthen and grow our volunteer programs!

As part of the Volunteer Resources Team, you’ll help interview new volunteers, maintain volunteer files, and support appreciation efforts that celebrate those who give their time to help others. You’ll also play an important role in our Christmas Connections program by helping with volunteer enrollment and data entry to ensure children and families receive meaningful holiday gifts.

• Assist with volunteer applications, files, and onboarding tasks

• Conduct or schedule phone interviews with potential volunteers

• Help plan and implement volunteer appreciation efforts and events

• Support the Christmas Connections program with enrollment tracking and data entry

• Help ensure accurate records and smooth communication with our volunteer community

• Friendly and clear communicator

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable with basic computer tasks (Excel, email, etc.)

• Experience with volunteer programs or nonprofits is a plus, but not required

• Must be 18 or older

• You'll help connect compassionate volunteers to life-changing service opportunities

• Get hands-on experience in volunteer coordination and nonprofit operations

• Be part of a mission-driven organization supporting vulnerable families across metro Atlanta
