Volunteer for Walk ALS Rhode Island 2025

Be a part of something meaningful! We’re looking for passionate and dependable volunteers to support the Walk ALS Rhode Island 2025, benefiting individuals and families affected by ALS in our community.

Location: Bryant University Track, Smithfield, RI
Date: Sunday, August 24, 2025
Time: 7:00 AM until event finish (time varies by role)

Volunteer Roles Needed:

  • Event Set-Up Crew - Help set up tents, tables, signage, and walk materials (early shift)
  • Registration Team - Welcome participants, check them in, and distribute shirts and materials
  • Food Station Crew - Organize and manage water, snacks, and post-walk refreshments
  • Route Information Guides - Provide directions and cheer on walkers along the route
  • Raffle Table Volunteers - Set up raffle area, sell tickets, and assist with prize distribution
  • Cleanup Crew - Help break down event setup and tidy up the area after the walk
