Amici Hospice is seeking a compassionate and organized volunteer to assist with in-office tasks that support our mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families facing end-of-life challenges.

Volunteer Role: Office Volunteer

Hours: Flexible schedule, 4-8 hours per week (can be adjusted based on your availability)

Key Responsibilities:

* Answering phones and directing calls in a professional manner

* Filing, organizing, and managing documents

* Assisting with data entry and updating patient and volunteer records

* Preparing mailings, newsletters, and correspondence

* Providing general office support to staff as needed

Qualifications:

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or willing to learn

* Friendly, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills

* Reliable and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

* Previous office experience is helpful but not required
