The Phillips Wharf Environmental Center is seeking board members for our Board of Directors. Board members serve 3 year terms and are eligible to serve up to 2 consecutive terms.

Board meetings are currently once per quater (4 meetings annually), typically the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 5:30 pm at the Phillips Wharf Environmental Center inside Easton Point Park.

We are actively seeking potential board members who are engaged in the local community, can assist with guiding our environmental education based nonprofit, and can help fundraise to support our work including the Fishmobile, field trips, adult workshops, and outreach.

Our Board of Directors is made up of all volunteers. Interested persons should send a brief (1 page) resume outlining relevant experience including boards served on, work in the education or science fields, work with children and/or community programs, etc. Please also include a paragraph about why you are interested in joining the Board of Directors and what you feel you can bring to our organization.
