eliseo is a retirement community that has been serving seniors for almost 90 years (previously as Tacoma Lutheran Home). We are currently in the middle of one of the most exciting chapters in our history - a bold expansion that will grow our campus to meet the evolving needs of seniors in Pierce County for decades to come. We are currently seeking new Board members to help guide us in the next phases of the expansion. We are seeking people from all professional and educational backgrounds to help us balance financial stewardship, community needs, and long-term sustainability.

Description
TLH & RC organized in 1938 to provide retirement housing and nursing home services for the elderly, is owned by thirty Pierce County Lutheran Congregations. On any given day, we serve approximately 450 individuals. THis is accomplihed through a variety of programs and services that involve approximately 335 employees, each of whom are special in their own right.
