Are you an organized, people-oriented individual who loves creating impactful experiences? Join us as a Programs Coordinator at The BoomerEm and help bring our community-driven AI and digital inclusion programs to life!
What You'll Do:
Coordinate Events & Workshops: Support planning, logistics, and smooth execution of our in-person and virtual programs.
Engage with Participants: Welcome attendees, collect feedback, and ensure a warm, inclusive environment.
Track Program Success: Maintain attendance, help gather data, and contribute to impact reports.
Collaborate with Teams: Work with outreach, tech, and content teams to ensure seamless program alignment.
Support Resource Development: Help design and distribute onboarding guides, session flyers, and feedback tools.
