Key Responsibilities:

• Planting and maintaining seasonal flowers and planters
• Weeding flower beds and mulch areas
• Watering flowers and plants
• Trimming shrubs, bushes, and small tree branches (as appropriate)
• Raking leaves or removing debris
• Mowing (optional, depending on equipment and preference)
• Cleaning up walkways, porches, or outdoor benches
• Assisting with minor outdoor repair or landscaping projects
• Alerting staff of any safety or repair concerns on the property
