Youth Recovery Housing Solutions, Inc. is seeking committed and passionate individuals to join our Board of Directors as we work toward a groundbreaking goal: opening the first sober living homes specifically for teenagers.

This kind of supportive housing does not currently exist for teens, and the need is urgent. We believe every young person in recovery deserves a safe, developmentally appropriate place to heal and grow-and we’re building a path to make that possible.

About Us:
Founded in 2022 by Ella Hougie and Kathleen Hawkins, Youth Recovery Housing Solutions was created in response to a critical gap in youth recovery resources. Joined by experienced HR professional Alicia Williams in 2025, Ella and Kathleen are looking to expand leadership by bringing on new board members who can help carry the mission forward with energy, expertise, and vision.

While our capacity for day-to-day operations is limited due to growing family and professional responsibilities, the current board members remain committed to the mission and are eager to support new leaders who want to take an active role in developing and growing this essential initiative.

We’re Looking For People With:

• Passion for youth mental health and recovery

• Experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, or community development

• Skills in finance, law, real estate, or policy

• A desire to make real change and build something that doesn’t yet exist
