ORGANIZATION: Choice Health at Home

Hello!

Hello! We can assist you with your graduation and volunteer hour requirements that is in a time frame that works well for you and us as well. Our process is complementary to school/students. And our program is not done haphazardly but we have a process and a protocol to serve our patients well and help you with volunteer time requirements.

Our medical office serves our community well. We treat and care for not only hospice patients, but their families, caregivers and friends. We are a compassionate presence and serve them medically, but we also provide volunteers to be present. Whether visiting, being a compassionate presence, or delivering supplies, know that it is an incredible way to volunteer while meeting your volunteer hour requirements.

Our staff is the best.

Our office and working environment is a great place to volunteer while getting to know and meet other medical professionals.

Contact me and lets get you started.

Mission Statement

To enhance the life of every patient we serve in the pursuit of delivering excellent healthcare.

Description

Hospice is a patient-centered approach to improve the quality of life and provide compassionate support for patients and families. Hospice care is focused on maintaining dignity and providing comfort, including pain and symptom management at the end of life when a cure is no longer possible. Also called palliative care, hospice involves the aggressive treatment of physical and emotional pain and symptoms. Hospice affirms life, improves comfort, and does not hasten or postpone death.
