Volunteer IT Support - Non-Profit Hospice

Are you tech-savvy and eager to help a great cause? Our non-profit hospice is looking for a dependable, proactive hands-on volunteer with IT support experience to assist with occasional tech tasks-just a few times a month.

What You’ll Do:

· Recycle or drop off outdated equipment

· Set up or switch out iPads for staff

· Reset Microsoft 365 passwords or create new accounts

· Wipe and prep old iPhones/iPads for reuse

· Swap SIM cards and manage device logistics

· Occasionally attend virtual IT meetings

· Provide general IT support as needed

We’re looking for someone who can jump in, troubleshoot without needing a lot of hand-holding, and take initiative to keep our tech running smoothly.

Your support helps our clinical and administrative staff focus on what they do best-providing compassionate end-of-life care.

Time Commitment: A few hours per month, flexible scheduling

Ideal For: Someone with IT helpdesk/support experience who’s independent, reliable, and eager to make a difference in a mission-driven environment.

Interested? We’d love to hear from you!

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide exceptional care without exception.

Description

As a nonprofit, our charter and volunteer board require that we abide by our mission to deliver exceptional care, without exception. Our mission drives how we deliver care each and every day. We believe that equal access to basic resources is a human right. Support from community members allows us to help people with terminal illness. Since 1982, we’ve been providing the care we would want for our own families to people experiencing serious illness. We offer a customized plan for each person based on their goals, needs and preferences. Along with hospice and palliative care services we offer grief support groups for our families as well as the community including our LGBTQ+ grief and bereavement program.
