Redeem These Ashes is seeking a Volunteer Outreach Coordinator to support our ministry's outreach efforts, focusing on providing hope and healing for fallen/accused pastors and ministry leaders. This role will report to the Outreach Director and work closely with other departments to extend our impact and fulfill our mission.

About Redeem These Ashes
Redeem These Ashes is a 501C3 nonprofit ministry that emerged from the transformative journey of former Radio Host and Pastor, Joey Krol. After years of battling with pornography, which ultimately led to his arrest for a sex crime, Krol experienced a profound transformation while incarcerated. He found redemption and healing through his faith and dedicated himself to helping others break free from the devastating effects of pornography. Today, as a changed man, our Founder ministers to men and their families who have been impacted by this pervasive sin.

Our mission is to educate on the dangers of pornography, advocate for its removal, and offer hope and healing through Jesus Christ, who empowers us to live a life of freedom.

What We Do

• Free Accountability App: We are developing In the Light, a free app to help individuals remain accountable as they navigate freedom from pornography.
• Education and Awareness: Our founder shares his powerful testimony at churches and events, equipping others to find freedom in Christ.
• Support for Fallen Pastors: We minister to pastors and ministry leaders who have experienced moral failure, helping them rediscover hope, redemption, and a restored relationship with Christ.

Position Overview
The Outreach Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting Redeem These Ashes’ ministry to fallen/accused pastors and ministry leaders. Reporting to the Outreach Director, this position focuses on identifying, and helping the ministry to connect with these individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and maintain a database of fallen pastors and ministry leaders featured in the media.
• Collaborate with the founder to coordinate personalized outreach and ministry support.
• Assist the Director of Outreach with various departmental initiatives and administrative needs to strengthen outreach effectiveness and impact.

Time Commitment
This is a volunteer position requiring a flexible commitment of approximately 20 hours per month.
