Are you passionate about community impact and excited by the power of AI and automation? Rebuilding Together North Texas is seeking a highly motivated Development & Outreach Systems Coordinator to help us build and operate a modern, tech-enabled fundraising and donor development function.

This volunteer role is perfect for someone who wants to gain or apply experience in development, fundraising, marketing automation, and CRM systems-while doing meaningful work that stabilizes housing for low-income families, veterans, seniors, and individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure a lean AI-powered sales/outreach stack using free or low-cost tools (Apollo.io, GMass, HubSpot, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Build contact lists of local and regional corporate sponsorship prospects, foundations, and donor leads
• Draft, schedule, and send personalized outreach emails using mail merge tools
• Track outreach and donor touchpoints in a CRM system (HubSpot)
• Follow up with leads and schedule discovery calls or sponsorship discussions
• Collaborate with the board president and volunteer team to refine messaging and target segments
• Assist with donor journey design - from cold outreach to warm relationships to committed sponsors
• Document the processes so that we may train others and plan for contingencies

Skills We’re Looking For:

• Interest or experience in fundraising, development, marketing, or business development
• Comfort with technology (or a willingness to learn) - especially platforms like CRM, Google Sheets, or email tools
• Strong communication skills - you may help write donor emails and sponsorship proposals
• Project management and follow-through
• Bonus: experience with tools like Apollo.io, HubSpot, Mailchimp, GMass, or ChatGPT

Time Commitment:

5-10 hours per week, flexible schedule. Ideal for someone looking to grow skills while making a measurable impact.
