Non-profit has spent 25 years developing a vialbe strategy to restore the social support structure of our farmers and small towns. The silos of t he world has made it very difficult for our implementaton efforts. This is a Community p roject and nly the co mmunity can make it happen.

If we want change, we have to get organizaed. We have a plan, perhaps not the plan.

WIith a book, four patents, awards and a ton of written ang graphic materiala to draw upon... for the right person,, this is should b e a fun ex ercise. Traditional social media is still a aapath but it sounds like SERPS is the way to go forward. Anxios for input ono how to do that.

About Tele-Commuter Resources

Location:

4315 Virginia Avenue, St Paul, MN 55126, US

Mission Statement

Restoring rural viability by integrating our rural and urban economies via virtual applications, transit and a leadership structure based upon the market's socio-economic orientation to metropolitan areas

Description

After many years of research, Tele-Commuter Resources has developed the Information Age Community project. It's dynamic boundary is based upon markets not political boundaries defined by pioneer surveyor s and geologic land forms. Its goal is to integrate our urban-rural economies and represents the first Comprehensive Development Plan for Minnesota and surrounding communities.

The workplan was developed by 100 participants over a one-year period using our patented e-Consensus Forum.

Our efforts began with strategic telework which begins the paradigm shift from the Industrial Age centralization model to the Information Age model of decentralization. Unfortunately, in many policy and operational arenas we remain locked in the Industrial mindset. Our Workforce Virtualization Program (WVP) addresses many of the remote worker issues that should have totally invalidated the dominant ad hoc approach. The WVP is based upon reducing congestion and its environmental and energy related impacts, facility "right-sizing", enhanced, and accountable, performance and a greater ROI. If you provide a Suite of Telecommuting Services that supports your activities electronically, you can live anywhere while simultaneously putting people back into our neighborhoods and small towns. TCR's assessment tools in managing the workforce, curriculum optimization, and health care delivery are a few of the basic tools to move society into the Information Age
