Overview:

Supernal World Creations (SWC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to transformative wellness through innovative technology, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Intern to support operations for our flagship Soul Link Campaign, led by Dr. Dawn Ella. This internship provides practical experience for students and emerging professionals interested in administration, logistics, project management, and wellness-focused initiatives.

About Soul Link:

Soul Link is an innovative wellness and mental health app designed to support emotional regulation, nervous system balance, and mental clarity. Utilizing a patented combination of restorative music, immersive visuals, and transformative frequencies, Soul Link delivers clinically aligned tools for mental and emotional well-being. With patents in the U.S. and pending globally, Soul Link is at the forefront of wellness innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

· Assist with planning and coordination for virtual and in-person events.

· Track project tasks, deadlines, and follow up on team action items.

· Maintain digital files, meeting notes, and internal campaign documentation.

· Support the creation and distribution of campaign materials.

· Facilitate internal team communications to streamline workflow and meet project deadlines.

· Manage the central repository of testimonials and campaign-related assets.

By contributing to the Soul Link Campaign, interns directly support a groundbreaking initiative aimed at improving mental health and emotional well-being for diverse communities. Your efforts will assist in expanding the reach and effectiveness of a technology designed to significantly enhance people's lives, providing valuable firsthand experience in social impact work.

· Solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to reliability and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills :

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat

· Experience with Microsoft OneNote or similar task management tools

· Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and documentation abilities

· Excellent at managing priorities and adapting to changing needs

· Tech-savvy, dependable, and able to manage sensitive or confidential information

Structure :

· Training : 1-hour weekly mentorship session with Dr. Dawn Ella (via Zoom or in-person)

· Field Work : Approximately 10 hours per week dedicated to internal campaign support.
