Supernal World Creations (SWC), a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing wellness through innovative, evidence-based technology, seeks a confident and empathetic Engagement & Closing Specialist Intern. This internship provides practical experience for students and emerging professionals interested in wellness-focused communication, client engagement, sales psychology, and nonprofit operations.

About Soul Link:

Soul Link is an innovative wellness and mental health app designed to enhance emotional regulation, mental clarity, and nervous system balance. Combining restorative music, immersive visuals, and transformative frequencies, Soul Link offers clinically informed tools to improve well-being. With U.S. patents secured and additional patents pending globally, Soul Link represents the cutting edge of wellness technology.

Responsibilities Include :

· Engage with pre-qualified leads to guide them toward enrollment, downloads, or partnership decisions.

· Address questions or concerns clearly, confidently, and compassionately to encourage informed decisions.

· Support leads through the final decision-making stage with empathetic communication, overcoming hesitations with care and insight.

· Assist with preparing and reviewing simple contracts, invoices, and onboarding documentation.

· Ensure smooth transition from interest to confirmed action within the client journey.

· Draft and send confirmation emails, completion notices, or onboarding materials as needed.

· Collect and document testimonials and feedback at the point of successful engagement.

· Maintain engagement metrics and provide weekly progress reports to the campaign team.

By supporting the Soul Link Campaign, interns play an essential role in guiding individuals toward meaningful choices that enhance mental and emotional wellness. Your work contributes directly to the expansion and accessibility of a powerful wellness resource, positively impacting diverse communities.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills :

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and CRM or email tracking tools

· Experience with Microsoft OneNote or similar task management tools

· Prior experience in customer relations, client communication, sales, or related fields.

· Skilled at listening, clarifying, and addressing concerns clearly.

· Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple leads simultaneously.

Structure :

· Training: Weekly 1-hour mentorship sessions with Dr. Dawn Ella (via Zoom or in-person).

· Fieldwork: Approximately 10 hours per week dedicated to client engagement and closing activities.
