Overview:
Supernal World Creations (SWC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit at the forefront of wellness innovation, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Media Relations Intern to expand the visibility of Dr. Dawn Ella and our flagship wellness initiative, Soul Link. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity for students or emerging professionals in journalism, public relations, marketing, or communications to gain real-world experience in media strategy, podcast outreach, and campaign promotion.

About Soul Link:
Soul Link is an innovative wellness and mental health app that supports emotional regulation, nervous system balance, and cognitive clarity. Integrating restorative music, immersive visuals, and transformative frequencies, the app delivers clinically aligned tools for emotional and mental well-being. Soul Link is protected under a U.S. patent and pending in 48 countries, offering global potential as a breakthrough technology in self-regulation and healing.

Responsibilities Include :

· Research aligned podcasts, wellness platforms, and mental health media channels to identify appropriate outreach opportunities.

· Draft and distribute pitch emails to podcast hosts, editors, and media outlets on behalf of Dr. Dawn Ella.

· Assist in the creation and management of media kits, speaker bios, and press assets.

· Track all outreach, confirmations, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

· Maintain a centralized archive of podcast appearances, media mentions, and campaign coverage.

· Support content distribution across media channels, including social media, email campaigns, and press platforms.

· Cultivate relationships with bloggers, influencers, and journalists within the wellness and health sectors.

· Track, analyze, and report media performance, adjusting tactics to optimize engagement and reach.

· Develop and submit press releases and contributed articles to Journalists, PR platforms, and SWC’s owned channels (e.g., website, blog, LinkedIn, Medium).

· Ensure brand consistency in tone, language, and design across all media-facing communications.

· Identify potential ambassadors, collaborators, and users willing to share authentic testimonials for credibility-building efforts.

Project Impact:
Interns play a direct role in raising awareness around emotional well-being and integrative health by promoting Soul Link through conscious media. Your contributions will help shape public perception, expand the app's reach, and support its mission of making healing technologies accessible worldwide.

Ideal Candidate :

· Pursuing or interested in a degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Media, or Marketing.

· Passionate about storytelling, health communication, and conscious branding. Strong writing, editing, and design sensibilities.

· Familiarity with media analytics tools and digital communication platforms.

· Organized, self-driven, and attentive to deadlines and project details.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills :

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Acrobat Pro)

· Familiar with Microsoft OneNote or similar project/task management tools.

· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

· Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and respond to shifting priorities.

Structure :

· Training: Weekly 1-hour mentorship session with Dr. Dawn Ella (via Zoom or in-person).

· Fieldwork: Approximately 10 hours per week dedicated to media outreach and campaign tasks.
