Position Title: Sports & Competition Coordinator (Volunteer Role)
Are you passionate about sports & community engagement? Join Special Olympics Montana as a volunteer Sports & Competition Coordinator and help create meaninful experiences for athletes across the Bozeman/Belgrade/Livingston area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support committees that organize local area competitions
- Serve as the main liasion between Special Olympics Montana Sports Department and local volunteers
- Ensure events are inclusive, well-organized and aligned with SOMT standards
Qualifications:
- Experience nonprofit or sports organization or sports organizations is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are helpful
Support & Training:
- Comprehensive and ongoing training provided by Special Olympics Montana staff.
