KSAR needs your help to research, create, and submit proposals for grants to provide support to specific local video projects to help the community. We have projects on the books to 1) document the work performed by the heritage Japanese gardeners and carpenters maintaining Hakone Gardens; 2) create a magazine-formatted video series on the businesses in Saratoga's Historic village; 3) support the on-going student-led video streaming of Saratoga High School varsity football; 4) create a public-service series to encourage citizens to meet the many faces that helps keep the daily routine of the city running smoothly. Other projects are in development.
We also need a person that can solicite underwriting donations from community groups to offset the production costs of the planned projects designed to support the community.

KSAR15 Saratoga Community Access is a non-profit organization providing public, educational, and government access to the community of Saratoga. We provide a forum for individuals, community groups, non-profits, and educational institutions to share information with the community through broadcasting on local access station Channel 15.
Description
We provide television production skills through training and education for community members. We air programs of community interest. We provide a voice for the community of Saratoga through the access of community television.
