Immerse yourself with story at TAIWANfest!
Exhibition Assistants will work closely with staff prior to and throughout the festival to create onsite exhibitions that leave a lasting impression on the audience. Learn about the stories and inspirations behind the concept, and add your own flair during the setup process. Interact with audiences from the ground level when you introduce your exhibition at the festival!
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn festival programming prior to the festival
- Help staff develop and prepare the exhibition components
- Organize exhibition details to introduce to the public
- Lead volunteers in sharing exhibition details at the festival
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Commitment in coming into the office 1-2 weeks prior to the festival to help with exhibition pieces
- Background in visual arts, graphic design, etc. an asset
- Ability to speak Mandarin an asset
