Volunteer Position: Front Desk Administrative Support
Location: The Denver Inner City Parish (DICP)
Schedule: Weekdays between 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (flexible shifts available)
Commitment: At least one shift per week preferred

Overview:
Be the warm, welcoming face of The Denver Inner City Parish! We’re seeking friendly and dependable volunteers to help support our front desk operations. As the first point of contact for community members, guests, and partners, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive and supportive environment at the Parish.

Duties Include:

• Greeting and directing visitors upoon entering!

• Answering phones and taking messages; as well as directing phone calls to the right program staff

• Assisting with basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, mail sorting, etc.)

• Helping keep the front desk area tidy, clean and organized

• Supporting staff with light office projects as needed

You’d be a great fit if you:

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Have a passion for supporting folks in need

• Are comfortable with phones and basic computer tasks

• Are organized, patient, and enjoy helping others

• Believe in our mission of service, dignity, and equity for all

• Bonus: Bilingual (especially Spanish/English) is a big plus!
