Volunteer Opportunity with Pan Atlantic Foundation
Location: Flexible within your local community
Time Commitment: Part-Time (Flexible hours)
Compensation: Stipend per student placement, travel bonuses & bonus incentives
Are you passionate about cultural exchange, youth mentorship, and making a difference?
Pan Atlantic Foundation is seeking caring, organized, and community-minded individuals to serve as Area Representatives.
What You’ll Do:
As an Area Rep, you’ll help place and support high school exchange students with host families in your community. You’ll be the local connection-guiding families, mentoring students, and ensuring Department of State program compliance.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Recruiting and vetting host families
Matching families with international students
Providing ongoing support and check-ins throughout the school year
Coordinating with local schools
Promoting cultural awareness in your community
You Are:
An excellent communicator and connector
Interested in youth development and cultural exchange
Organized and self-motivated
25 years or older
Able to pass a background check

Pan Atlantic Foundation is a not-for-profit that specializes in creating high-quality high-school exchange programs for non-US citizens in the United States. Our staff are professionals who each have a decade or more experience in the field of international exchange. We are educators, administrators, parents, and former host parents who have international experience and a love for a program that truly changes lives. We are united in our mission to make the world a better place for all people through educational and cultural exchange.
