Are you passionate about cultural exchange, youth mentorship, and making a difference?
Pan Atlantic Foundation is seeking caring, organized, and community-minded individuals to serve as Area Representatives.

What You’ll Do:
As an Area Rep, you’ll help place and support high school exchange students with host families in your community. You’ll be the local connection-guiding families, mentoring students, and ensuring Department of State program compliance.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Recruiting and vetting host families

• Matching families with international students

• Providing ongoing support and check-ins throughout the school year

• Coordinating with local schools

• Promoting cultural awareness in your community

You Are:

• An excellent communicator and connector

• Interested in youth development and cultural exchange

• Organized and self-motivated

• 25 years or older

• Able to pass a background check
