Come together with Keep Indianapolis Beautiful and local community members in the Near Northwest neighborhood to tackle litter at this cleanup event. Cleaning litter beautifies our city while protecting our local ecosystems, including our soil, waterways, plants, and wildlife, from pollution. Litter prevention is one of the easiest things we can do to keep our city clean, but it takes all of us doing our part. And afterwards we will host a community celebration at the Charlie Wiggins GreenSpace!

Safety: We highly recommend wearing weather-appropriate clothing, sunscreen, and close-toed shoes. If you are interested in picking up litter along fence lines, please wear long pants to minimize potential poison ivy exposure. We always recommend bringing a reusable bottle for water but we will have disposable cups available if needed. KIB will provide all supplies, such as litter grabbers, gloves, and trash bags.

Parking & Facilities: Street parking is available surrounding the Charlie Wiggins GreenSpace (440 W 28th St.)
