Volunteer tutors meet one-on-one with an adult learner for two hours a week. Tutors help learners to improve their English literacy skills, and in some cases, their English conversation skills. Learners are both English native speakers and English as a second language learners. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for tutors to assist learners in reaching their goals - whether that is applying for a job, improving their employment situation, being able to be more involved in their children's education, obtaining citizenship, and more.
