Volunteer Opportunity, Fundraising & Finance Generalist

Join Season to Soar and use your talents to help secure funding to uplift underserved communities and develop youth into global leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute diverse fundraising initiatives, including online giving campaigns, sweepstakes, in-person and virtual events, and donor drives that align with Season to Soar’s mission.

Lead the implementation of Season to Soar’s flagship sweepstakes fundraiser, where participants purchase tickets to support our mission, and the winner receives a beautifully remodeled home.

Identify, research, and build relationships with donor prospects, including individuals, foundations, and corporate sponsors.

Lead donor and sponsor outreach efforts, establishing and maintaining strong relationships through cultivation, communication, and stewardship strategies.

Support donor communications, including outreach emails, follow-ups, thank-you messages, and campaign updates.

Track campaign performance, monitor donor engagement, and help report progress to the Fundraising and Finance Chair and broader team.

Time Commitment:

Approximately 3 hours per week, consisting of:

1 hour weekly team meeting

2 hours per week of independent or collaborative project work
