Key Components

Funding for Sports Programs:

• ○ Raise funds through donations, grants, and partnerships with businesses to support local

  sports teams and organizations.

• ○ Offer mini-grants to schools and community centers to cover costs for uniforms,

  registration fees, and training sessions.

  Equipment and Shoe Distribution:

  • ○ Collect and distribute sports equipment (e.g., balls, uniforms, protective gear) and sports shoes through partnerships with sports brands and local organizations.

  • ○ Establish a request system for schools and community centers to identify their specific needs for both equipment and footwear.

    Community Shoe Drives:

    • ○ Initiate shoe donation drives in local communities to collect new and gently used sports

      shoes, focusing on areas where children lack proper footwear for sports.

    • ○ Partner with schools and local businesses to create collection points for shoe donations.
