24/7 Care at Home Hospice is seeking dedicated and compassionate office volunteers to support our administrative team at our Westminster office. Volunteers will have the unique opportunity to gain experience in a medical office setting, work with cutting-edge AI technologies, and contribute to a mission-driven team serving our local Vietnamese-speaking community.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with clerical and administrative tasks
- Support projects using AI tools (training provided!)
- Help organize files, manage communications, and more
- Work closely with a tight-knit team in a family-style office culture
What We’re Looking For:
- A serious commitment of several hours per week
- Professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn
- Comfort with computers; no prior AI experience needed
- Bilingual English/Vietnamese strongly encouraged

Mission Statement
To provide the highest individualized service that supports patients and families physically, emotionally and spiritually, emphasizing comfort and dignity, allowing patients to remain independent for as long as possible and in familiar surroundings. They offer bereaved and administrative support as well as music and pet therapy. We are always looking for licensed volunteers who want to provide personalized care such as hair styling and massage. Whatever your skill level, we would love to talk to you. Veterans strongly encouraged to apply, as well as bilingual Chinese, Korean Spanish and Vietnamese.
