About Traditions Health Hospice

Location:

577 Grant St. Suite B, Akron, OH 44311, US

Mission Statement

The mission of Traditions Health is to promote health and independence in the patients we serve, to attract and retain exceptional healthcare professionals, and to conduct our business with compassion and integrity.

Description

The Traditions Heath hospice team offers a special kind of caring atmosphere that encompasses the medical, social, emotional, and spiritual aspects of treatment. Our goal is to ensure the patient lives to their fullest potential with dignity and respect, and that family members are emotionally supported.

Volunteering with us might consist of visiting with the patient, sitting with them while giving the caregiver respite, sending them cards, making quilts, helping with administrative tasks in the office, assembling goodie bags or even checking in with phone calls. We provide training/orientation and you choose when and how much you want to volunteer your time.

If you or someone you know would be interested in learning more about this wonderful volunteer opportunity, please call me at 657-557-3438 or email me at nicole.ricchiuti@traditionshealth.com.
