Heart to Heart Hospice is looking for dedicated volunteers to be companions for local hospice patients in Macomb County. Hospice volunteers meet patients where they are at. Whether that be in their own homes, adult foster care, memory care, or senior living communities.
Our patients enjoy talking, playing games, watching tv, being read to, and taking short walks. Sometimes even just being there to hold their hand is enough to provide the support that they need.
