Join us in organizing Mostar’s first-ever Maker Faire - a celebration of creativity, tech, and DIY innovation!
Makerspace Garage is launching this milestone event in October 2025, and we’re looking for proactive, detail-oriented coordinators to help us make it a success.
As a Maker Faire Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our Project Manager and team to ensure the smooth planning and delivery of the event’s program, from scheduling to maker onboarding, and from logistics tracking to community engagement.
What you’ll do:- Assist in organizing the event schedule, sessions, and workshops
- Coordinate communications with makers, exhibitors, and workshop leaders
- Support documentation, confirmations, and key deadlines
- Participate in weekly online syncs with the Project Manager and team
- Contribute creative ideas for program structure and flow
- Are organized, resourceful, and love creating structure from chaos
- Enjoy helping people and solving problems
- Have strong communication and coordination skills
- Can commit approx. 3-5 hours/week (remotely and flexibly)
- Are passionate about STEAM, maker culture, or community innovation

We want to help students, children & young people, creative souls, entrepreneurs, and everyone else, to get their start and realize their ideas.
