Resilience offers unpaid senior advisor internship programs that require at least a 4-month commitment with a minimum of 5 hour per week and team meetings weekly. Availability must also allow for as-needed meetings/phone calls. There are flexible start and end dates with the option to continue after meeting the minimum requirement.
As a Senior Advisor AI Software Engineer at Resilience, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching staff members. Provide leadership, guidance, and insights to help Resilience, Inc. reach its goals.
Daily Expectation
As a SA AI Software Engineer, your expectations will include:
- Sharing knowledge and experience.
- Holding a leadership role within the software engineering team.
- Assisting in developing project plans and commitments.
- Assisting and offering feedback to interns on their work.
Requirements:
To fulfill the role successfully, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Experience with AI or Machine Learning
- Able to work independently.
- Able to work on a team and attend remote weekly meetings.
- Reliable, punctual, and pays attention to details.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The organization focuses on offering Social Emotional Learning tools to enable K-12 schools to teach emotional intelligence through 5 core topics; self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, relationship management, goal setting & effective decision-making. Resilience also provides tools for acquiring and maintaining inspiration, hope, social beings, and overall well-being.
