Resilience offers internship programs that require at least a 4 month commitment with a minimum of 5 hours per week. There are flexible start and end dates with the option to continue after meeting the minimum requirement

Some educational institutions require prior approval before the start of an internship. It is the responsibility of the student to check with their institution to be sure they meet any requirements before they accept a position.

We are seeking a Content Creator/Graphic Designer Intern will assist in designing visually engaging content and supporting marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creating marketing materials, enhancing brand identity, and contributing to impactful advertising efforts within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design Support:

  • Assist in creating graphics for social media posts, email campaigns, website assets, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Develop visuals that adhere to brand guidelines and align with campaign objectives.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate on the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including short-form videos, infographics, and promotional materials.
  • Support the team in brainstorming and executing creative ideas for marketing campaigns.

Advertising Materials:

  • Design visual assets for online advertisements, including Google display ads, social media ads, and email marketing banners.
  • Assist in developing print materials, such as flyers, posters, and event signage.

Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all designs maintain consistency with the organization’s branding and messaging.
  • Update existing materials to reflect current campaigns and brand standards.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and communications team to align visual content with strategic goals.
  • Participate in team meetings to share ideas and receive feedback on creative projects.

Learning and Development:

  • Gain exposure to design tools, marketing strategies, and advertising platforms.
  • Learn to analyze design effectiveness and make data-informed adjustments to content.

Requirements:

  • Basic proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
  • Strong creativity and a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.

MUST BE ABLE TO START WITHIN 3 WEEKS (AT THE LATEST)

The organization focuses on offering Social Emotional Learning tools to enable K-12 schools to teach emotional intelligence through 5 core topics; self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, relationship management, goal setting & effective decision-making. Resilience also provides tools for acquiring and maintaining inspiration, hope, social beings, and overall well-being.
