Resilience offers unpaid internship programs that require at least a 4 month commitment with a minimum of 5 hours per week. There are flexible start and end dates with the option to continue after meeting the minimum requirement Although this is an unpaid internship, there is the opportunity to earn school credit. Some educational institutions require prior approval before the start of an internship. It is the responsibility of the student to check with their institution to be sure they meet any requirements before they accept a position. As an unpaid Google Analytics Intern, you will work closely with our digital marketing team to analyze website data and provide valuable insights to improve our clients' online performance. You will learn how to interpret data, set up tracking, create reports, and offer strategic recommendations based on your analysis. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in digital marketing, data analysis, or web analytics. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to understand client goals and objectives.
  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of Google Analytics for various websites.
  • Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data using Google Analytics.
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and website metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Help with the creation of custom reports and dashboards to deliver insights to clients.
  • Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in web analytics.
  • Work with the team to optimize website performance and user experience based on data findings.
  • Contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions to develop data-driven strategies.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance your understanding of Google Analytics.
Requirements:
  • Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, etc.) or recent graduation.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and web analytics (Google Analytics experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of web analytics and digital marketing.

Resilience, Inc., a non-profit organization, works to improve mental health, reduce mass shootings, suicide, depression, declining test scores, low student engagement, and a slew of other social issues.

The organization focuses on offering Social Emotional Learning tools to enable K-12 schools to teach emotional intelligence through 5 core topics; self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, relationship management, goal setting & effective decision-making. Resilience also provides tools for acquiring and maintaining inspiration, hope, social beings, and overall well-being.
