Resilience offers unpaid internship programs that require at least a 4-month commitment with a minimum of 5 hours per week and team meetings weekly. Availability must also allow for as-needed meetings/phone calls. There are flexible start and end dates with the option to continue after meeting the minimum requirement.

As a Google Ads Associate at Resilience, you will lead a cross-functional team and ensure the successful delivery of project objectives. Play a key role in supporting and facilitating various activities within the organization.

Daily Expectation

As a Google Ads Associate, your daily expectations will include:

  • Promote the social-emotional curriculum through developing projects for the marketing department.
  • Manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns
  • Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages
  • Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to promote brand awareness
  • Use Google Ads to drive a variety of online marketing campaigns
  • Analyze and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns
  • Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility

Requirements:

To fulfill the role successfully, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Experience with remote production software
  • Experience using Google-related tools
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Can attend weekly remote meetings.
  • Have an eagerness to learn and improve critical skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills. Proficient in communicating in English.
  • MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE
  • Availability for a minimum of 5-10 hours per week, with flexibility during exam weeks.

MUST BE ABLE TO START WITHIN 3 WEEKS (AT THE LATEST)

Resilience also provides tools for acquiring and maintaining inspiration, hope, social beings, and overall well-being.
