We are offering an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Mobile App UI/UX Designer to join our team as an unpaid intern. In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in designing user interfaces and user experiences for mobile applications. As an integral part of our design team, you will work closely with other designers and developers to create visually appealing and intuitive mobile app interfaces. This is an unpaid internship position aimed at providing you with real-world experience and the chance to enhance your portfolio. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for mobile app interfaces.
• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from the team and usability testing.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs.
• Apply principles of mobile app UI/UX design, including usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends, best practices, and industry standards.
• Assist with creating design assets, style guides, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts align with project goals and objectives.
• Actively participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to fellow designers.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Maintain and organize design files and assets for easy accessibility.

Requirements:

• Passion for mobile app UI/UX design and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with mobile app design guidelines for iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with project goals.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Good communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate design decisions.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to receive and incorporate feedback to improve design iterations.
• A portfolio showcasing your mobile app design projects and understanding of UI/UX principles is required.
